Returns

We design each piece to be considered, refined, and enduring. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll make it seamless to resolve.

Change of Mind

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit, exchange or full refund.

Items must be:

  • unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • with all tags attached
  • returned in their original packaging

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. Items returned without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Returns Process

  1. Email returns@weareluill.com.  Once approved, we’ll share return instructions. For customers with a Lúill account, you can also initiate the refund from within your account menu.
  2. Await confirmation and instructions.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Sale Items

Sale items are final sale and not eligible for change of mind returns.

Exchanges

For an alternative size or style, we recommend securing your preferred piece by placing a new order once your return is approved.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as intended, please contact us at:

Include your order number and images where possible.

We’ll resolve this promptly, in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law, with a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

Your Rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a remedy if an item is faulty, not as described, or fails to meet acceptable quality standards.

Refunds

Once received and approved, refunds (where applicable) are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
