We offer both Standard International and International Express shipping to the United Kingdom.

All orders are dispatched from Australia, typically within 1–2 business days.
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.
Under UK consumer law, unless a different delivery timeframe has been agreed with you, goods will be delivered without undue delay and generally within 30 days of your order being placed.
Duties & Taxes
For UK customers, applicable duties and taxes are calculated and included in the total purchase price at checkout.
There should be no additional import duties or taxes payable upon delivery.

Tracking
All orders are sent using tracked shipping services.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please allow a short period after receiving the email for tracking information to become active with the carrier.
Delivery
We recommend providing a secure and accurate delivery address when placing your order.
Please check your delivery details carefully before completing your purchase.
Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to redirect or amend the delivery address.
Delivery timeframes are estimates. Delays may occasionally occur due to carriers, customs processing, severe weather, peak delivery periods or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where applicable, nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under consumer law in your country of residence.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at contact@weareluill.com and we will assist you in investigating the delivery with the carrier.
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please retain the packaging and contact us as soon as possible, including photographs where available.
